LATEST: Former AMERICAN IDOL champion RUBEN STUDDARD has married his fiancee SURATA ZURI MCCANTS.
The couple wed in front of 300 guest - all dressed in black and white - in a ceremony in Canterbury United Methodist Church in his native Birmingham, Alabama on Saturday (28Jun08).
MCCants, 30, wore a white and ivory Casablanca gown, while Studdard, 29, wore a black tuxedo, white vest, and a white hand-tied bow tie.
Studdard met flight attendant MCCants at a CD signing in Atlanta, Georgia in October 2006.
